Lifelong Learners
Okay, so I forgot to say what was the biggest obstacle for me in "Learning 23 Things." It has to be that I'm afraid to ask questions. So I really do appreciate all the positive feedback and support of my coworkers. We are really fortunate to work in an institution that encourages lifelong learning!

I agree that asking questions is hard...especially when everybody seems to be 'in-the-know' and you're left on the sidelines. But maybe with more communication between staff in various mediums (such as these blogs) we'll find it easier to approach each other if we're needing help! Good job with the blog!
